Job Position -1: Junior Marketing Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong coordination and networking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Support product promotions, activations, and sampling events in Addis Ababa and Upcountry
- Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and brand promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage and update social media platforms and digital content
- Help create marketing presentations
- Monitor campaign performance, Market Assessment and prepare basic reports
- Support partnerships and sponsorship activities
Job Position -2: GTM Assistant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or any business related fields
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales operations, data management, or GTM system administration
Required Skills
- Creativity
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong coordination and networking skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
